Email answered after second attempt …
Email answered after second attempt and using the link through this site. Cigs were faulty, no flavor from poppers, tobacco falling out and very dry, they emailed me pre paid return postage, I returned just over half the cigs, they sent me a full carton as replacement, Happy with customer service, will use again.
